last thing I have to offer: I have 10 tires to go with the car. 6 are 215/45ZR17 Bridgestone Potenza RE92 with more tread than what's on there now. 4 are the original wheels w/ tires with decent tread on them. If noone takes it within a week, I will assume noone has the funds to aquire this ride, and will just keep it, and continue the march towards a fast sedan. :evil:

Shipping to UK is about $1000 US (what's that 15 Euros now?). Can't think it would be too much worse to get you.

You forget a few things:

To get a dutch licenseplate on this car costs around $1500,-

I have to pay two taxes before it's brought to me:
12% on value+shipping and then 19% for getting it thru the border;
2300 + 1000 (shipping) = 3300;
3300 * 1.12*1.19 = $4400,-

plus dutch licenseplate (includes a very large tax): 4400+1500 = $5900,-

And trust me, I'm probably forgetting something :!:

Ow, and that's almost 4000 euro, for that amount of money, I can buy an EDM spec Legacy turbo and import a EJ22T engine from you guys ;)

Yeah, sometimes I forget how few taxes we pay. Until I get sick. Or until I go somewhere in public and listen to kids 'speak' the one language they claim to know. Or dodge potholes while admiring the rusted rebar exposed under the broken concrete bridges I pass beneath.

i paid 2 grand for mine and it was in much worse shape than yours. but my friend let me make payments to him as he didnt need the money right away and i needed a newer car.

2 grand is a steal for this car, even as an auto.

Man your car is in so much better shape than the car I just sunk soooo much money into. Think I've spent more than 2000$ replacing body parts on my car, and they all look great on yours. And I'm not even that far away!!
