Want to Find: Good Body Shop

Have a slightly tweaked front end (damn F150!) Pushed frame over slightly, looking for recommendations on a good body / frame shop in the Tacoma, WA area. Trying to do this as cheap as possible, but also want it done right. Have all front end parts with the exception of the hood.

Would it be wise to have the pieces painted ahead of time before they go on the car? That was my plan.

Thanks!
Matt
