so! i met up with some friends to go up the angeles crest just now and when we got onto the freeway there was a puddle and i was going about 60 on the on ramp before the turn onto the freeway. so i understeer and i'm headed for the bushes and the dirt. then i brake and try to over steer a little but my back goes off the road into the dirt and completely swings around. and then i'm headed for the guardrails. and since i oversteered way too much, my counter steering only does so much, and i hit my fender/bumper. now that i think about it, i wonder if maybe if i just let it go straight into the guardrail, would there have been less damage? but yeah, so moral of the story: haha im pretty bad at driving. oh yeah, so my car is still fine, it drives perfectly(well, as perfect as it did before) and the only problems right now are that the right front fender is a little bent and the corner light housings are broken. and for some reason, soon after that, my temperature guage went out. and then about ten minutes after that, my tachometer went out. but it was so excellent night out and very fun.

I got my rear end into some loose rocks on the outside of a curve once, and almost put my left rear into a curb. But I cranked the wheel and gassed it (thank god for AWD), and pulled it back out into the middle of the road, but the snap oversteer shot me back the other way and across the median - facing perfectly in the other direction on the other side of the street.
.
Biggest rush of my life. Super fun, too. Except the driver's side window was open, and I got a faceful of sand/dirt when I slid across the median.
