93 legacy wagon L, 22T swapped (TW imitator) now with five forward speeds. (Gone, but never forgotten)

3.9 is the ratio of all OE Turbo Legacy diffs in North America.

Why are these a big deal anymore? There are tons of extra 3.54 WRX diffs available that can be used to swap into an open 3.9 diff. If anything it would have lower miles right?

these diffS are supposed to be easyier to drop in. With a wrx you have to change out axles. MY first choice is a lsd from a rx/loyale/gl, then the legacy turbo, wrx being last on that list.

+1 bolt on is nice & you can still find fairly low mile SSs.

I parted out a 123K mile '91 SS - LSD is still waiting to be installed on My SS...
