Not too far, WCCS10 is Aug. 15-17th. People are prolly not going to want (or afford) to drive there and back in that short a time span.

The Alki meet is on the 20th. That is why we need to push it out a weekend or so.

We need to know who is coming. It will be in SW WA or possibly NW OR.

But really close to the area.

To find a good spot I need to know how many are going to show up.

So start a raise of hands as to who is coming.

If its 170 miles away I will go ahead and ride with someone or take my bike. But i'm not driving my 20mpg highway touring wagon 175 miles both ways give or take when gas is 4.50 a gallon. Mainly sense WCSS10 is like the same pay check away.

You need to go- we will be there if it is July 25th.

That gives you 2 months to save for the gas.

Ok, I just spent the last 30 min checking out the Oregon State parks site, and the Milo McIver place we were at last year is the only one with GROUP Camping- which is a necessity for us.

So, unless someone can find something on the immediate other side of the river, that gets my vote.
