Unfortunately the B pillar top was broken on the way out.

It was crazy glued together and then I put a thin coat of JB weld on the back of the seam.


Also, one clip broke off and is gone. But this doesn't seem critical b/c this end of this piece tucks under the C pillar and will likely be kept flush in that way

On both B pillar tops the tab that tucks under the A pillar "cross bar" has been repaired.
So....
Not great for a details oriented car, but completely practical and likely aesthetic enough for many daily drivers out there.
Since these parts don't undergo much stress, if one was careful in installing them they should be fine after that.
