Only with some modifications, but it would probably be a bit better than stock.

How much ( if you care to share?)

For $50, you can't go wrong, but you will have to have a length added in and the hangar locations changed.

you have to Add 3 inches to the catback portion, it will sound great, Especially if you de-cat the downpipe.
Kickin' it old-school.
