I have completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected for visual wear, and measured for surface wear. This oil pump passes the visual and three measurements per factory specifications.
1. No visible scuffing, grooving, scratches, burn marks. - PASS
2. Rotor-to-rotor tip measurement: 0.005 in (0.127 mm). The acceptable limit per Subaru specifications is 0.0071 in (0.18 mm) - PASS
3. Outer rotor to pump-housing clearance: 0.005 in (0.127 mm). The acceptable limit is 0.0079 in (0.20 mm) - PASS
4. Rotor-to-cover (endplay) clearance: 0.0025 inch (0.064mm). The acceptable limit is 0.0047 in (0.12mm) - PASS
Oil pump can be left in it's disassembled state or I can reassemble it with a light coating of fresh motor oil to the internals and place it in a sealed plastic bag.
I'm in the East Bay (Berkeley/El Cerrito). Local pickup preferred but I can ship within the U.S. for an extra $ 15.00 via U.S. Postal service. This pump does not come with an o-ring required for re-installation onto the engine. The o-ring is cheap and available at your local Subaru dealer. You will have to reuse your original mounting bolts. This sale is for the oil pump only.
