edm headlamps installed (big pictures)

thanks to ben i got them in the mail and installed them. they look great..

i took a shot with my phone and i hope that you can tell what the issue may be. the little parts that stick out of the corner light do not fit into the opening on the headlamp. i have a gap and i was just thinking i should grind down the tabs to see if that resolves the issue. but the driver side looks obviously worse then the passenger.

Why don't the tabs fit?

Are they just misaligned?

Like Josh said, it looks lilke the little male parts on the back of the corner lights are not aligned with the little female parts on the body. Make sure they are lined up and snap them into place. Use a little pressure.

No, its true, they do not fit. I had to trim the receiver on my glass headlights to make the corner lights fit. The receivers are a totally different size.

What is a receiver? Are you referring to the metal backing plate on the stock lights?

i think they are called receivers then... the part slides into one another... i think they are different sizes.. when i get to a garage this weekend i will post up more info/pics..

Yes they are no problems at all. They are quite solid.
