I just mated 2.2t heads, to a phase 2 2.2 na block, with phase 1 dohc 2.5 gaskets. Everything except for the two coolant passages on the gasket matched, but those aren't necesary.
Kickin' it old-school.

Dammit. :(
.215cm should equate to 2.15mm or after converting will be about .085” of an inch. This seems like a pretty thick gasket for what you are trying to do but if this is what your math shows then the numbers don’t lie. I can make you a gasket at .086” compressed and I have already setup a gasket in our system that is for your EJ22/25 setup. Because of the thickness being so much greater than stock you will be looking at $107.88 per gasket plus shipping. Let me know if you would like to get these on order.
I didn't expect 230$ worth of fucking headgaskets.... especially after buying a PAIR of Subaru OEM MLS gaskets for 40$!!!

Now what the hell should I do?

Everything I typed turned out to be wrong... I just verified that I have a very early PHASE 2 EJ25 shortblock with a significantly reduced piston dish compared to the phase 1 I assumed I have.

In other words I think I'm pretty much screwed as far as swapping this shortblock :(

Are there any other heads that will work with my stock intake manifold and cam sensor?
