opinion pls! bridgestone 760's on RS wheels PNW

Post by 253.Asmo »

Trying to find myself a good performance tire for my 16x7 rs wheels, i'm thinking 205/45's Wanted to get the RE750's, but they're out of stock on tire rack, any opinions on the 760'S?

thanks!

205/50 is a more common size I think. It's also the same diameter as stock.

Falken Azenis RT-615s are super cheap and great performance tires. It's probably what I would get if I went with a summer. The new Dunlop Direzza Z1s are also supposed to be very good and aren't as expensive as something like an RE01-R.

I can find the RT 615''s in a 205/40, 215/45 and a 225/50 .

running the 98 rs wheels, the blizzaks (205/55) required some hammering of the guard to keep from rubbing, and rubbed fenderwall under hard corners or weight...

was thinking 215/45 myself, fitment issues w/ wider tire?

I love my Kumho Ecstas, but they're all-seasons and pretty boring looking.

+1 I like my Kuhmo Ecsta ASX 215-45-17 Good daily driving even in the rain and in the snow was impressive, never auto crossed them.. They seem to wear out soon but I am not too nice to them.
