in this picture, on the water pump it is the lower line that loops past the timing belt cover and behind it, is this to the turbo?

No I believe that ties into the line that goes on top of the engine and to the heater core.

You can see both that pipe in the picture above, and the pipe running on top of the engine.

i think i may have been confused, is the coolant supply directly from the resoirvoir? i thought that was the return line?

Than the question is where does the return line go?

I dosent show if you look at the diagram, the hardline on the bottem of the turbo...?

The coolant supply is off the fitting on the passenger side head. The line going to the resevoir is the return. It's covered up with tape in this pic

You can see the supply hose in these pics

That line routes around with the hard line and goes to the heater hose.

So is that the coolant return for the heater core?

The main HARDLINE that goes on top of the moter is the hot inlet for the heater core?

SO since im using N/A heads all i gotta do is find somewhere to tap in for cold coolant

Like the main top hose?

The hard line in these pictures is the heater core return line "cool" side.
Image

The line on top of the engine goes to the coolant resevoir, and the small jumper is what goes to the throttle body.

This picture shows the line that goes to the coolant resevoir and the two lines that go to the heater core (the extra line not seen in the previous pictures is from the coolant crossover)

These pictures show the line attached to the coolant expansion tank and the two lines that attach to the heater core.

This picture shows the return line from the turbo charger to the coolant resevoir.

As for a tap for coolant...yeah, you need somewhere for "cold" coolant.

AS for tapping for coolant, Cant i just tap into the small line on the top rad hose and maybe rig up a small resoirvoir that spilts into two, one to the resoirvior, one to the turbo

Which hose are you talking about? All the hoses that I mentioned are on the suction side of the pump. Those will not work. You need a spot on the discharge side of the pump (somewhere on the engine itself). The coolant crossover may be an option, but I wouldn't recommend it as it will have reduced pressure/flow and higher temperatures then what was originally designed.

Honestly, I'd try and tap some place on the head or block. What you may be able to do is use the freeze plug where the oil cooler taps into. I think I recall you having an oil cooler, so you may to rig up a tee or something of sorts. But that would probably be your best option for a coolant supply spot.

It's the thing the oil filter screws into. You can see it in my pic here

Cant i just T into the other line from the water pump?

Or do it from the oil cooler?

Just before it reachs the oil filter?

You don't seem to understand. All those connections coming off the pump are the suction side of the pump. You MUST tap into something on the discharge side of the pump. Since the pump's discharge more or less flows into the engine block, that is where you must tap off of.

Tee into the line coming directly out of the engine block and then to the oil cooler.

Ideally, you probably should run a larger hose then what the fitting in the engine block provides. You'd want to match the size of the turbo coolant inlet. However to provide a larger fitting size, you'd have to custom work something on a freeze plug or something like that. So I don't know. It's up to you. You just have to make sure you tap into something on the discharge side of the pump.
