How would you suggest I clean these (near the intercooler)?

This is an old photo, by the way, there's no inline fuel filter anymore. :P

I'd replace them with a catch can setup.

It may not be a reusable filter. If it is, just soap and water.

Blow it out with compressed air from a tire pump or something. wear a dust mask and eye protection.
