I don't think that a 3" axle-back will bolt right up, but I might be wrong.. If it was stock-size piping, then it should work fine. You could look for an STi axle-back. They run cheap and sound real nice on 2.2s.

You'll have to piece it together, there is no off-the-shelf solution for our cars. Any turbo header or stock headers fit. Up-pipes are interchangeable, just avoid later stockers with built-in cats. Most all downpipes will fit, but you'll have to relocate the hanger bracket on the pipe. 5 mins of welding. A cat-back for an Impreza is likely to come up short; you're better off buying a muffler to your taste, then take it to an exhaust shop and have them fabricate the pipes you need.
Personally, I used a Brullen with twin tips, rolled in and at an angle. 3" in, twin 1.5" out... looks sorta stock, to the casual eye, quiet at idle and around town, but it really barks when I cane it.

CES is the only "off-the-shelf" exhaust that is "supposed" to fit. It's a nice exhaust, and performs well. I think its fitment, or better yet the manufacturing repeatability could be better.

FWIW- I ordered a cheapy WRX turbo back off of Ebay, $224 shipped to my door, and it 'fits'. Granted its a few inches short, hangs a little low because its not exactly in the stock exhuast channel and the hangers don't quite line up with stock, but I knew I'd have to mess with that stuff anyway. Regaurdless, it fits and works till I get it properly welded up.
