Can someone take a picture of their stock PCV setup for me?

Heads, valves, pistons, rods, crankshaft, etc...

Can someone take a picture of their stock PCV setup for me?

Post by GeneralDisorder »

The parts manual breakdowns are woefully inadequate and my PCV up near the intake silencer and the valve itself is all hacked together by the previous owner. I would ideally like the part numbers to set it right again but as I intend to modify things anyway, simply knowing how it's supposed to be put together would at least help.

It seems from the parts manual that my 91 is different than later years, but I have a 93 TTW engine + manifold in the car so I'm not really sure what I have going on here as I didn't see it prior to the engine swap.

I'll take a picture if that will help.

Your 91 should be the same as the later MY turbo legacies.

So am I correct in saying that you want photos of the wire pinout? Or just the connections?

Just a quick photo of the PCV hoses around the silencer and the PCV valve that screws into the manifold would help. Not sure what you mean by pinout but I'm not looking at anything that is implicitly electrical here so I don't think I need any pinouts.

Perhaps I'm reading the parts manual wrong, but the valve, hoses, and the various connecting points are broken into multiple pages that aren't even consecutive making it difficult to understand if you don't have a reference point that is correct to make sense of the line drawings.
