Damn.

When I assploded 2nd, I only had 3 teeth left on it, but my case came out in much better condition than yours (read: the case was perfect, just had a lot of debris in the bottom)

I was goofing off.. :P

I USED to drive a 1989 Merkur XR4Ti and a 1985 Celica GTS, so I was a bit used to having fun losing traction. I'd not claim to drift well, but I made a few jaws drop and my entry speeds... Yet, with AWD, I had to relearn my driving... Honestly traction at all fours is quite different.

So yeah, bronze nonsprung clutch plus built engine and urethane bushings... things break if there's no give in either traction or torsion.

Tehehe, Drifring may be fun, look fun and be the "in" thing

But nothing takes you through a corner faster than a well controlled AWD subaru, NOthing!

Wait 'til your my age and your balls turn gray and hang like a punching bag between your knees. You have to be careful stepping into the shower so as not to smack your bag on the tub wall because it hurts and you might fall down and you might not be able to get back up. And it's a good thing the hair you grow out of your ears like the Yggdrasil tree scares away the ladies because not being able to get up from a fall isn't the only time you have trouble rising. 32 right around the corner.

I could make the argument that I'm old because I already have back pain and cracking joints and can barely get out of bed in the morning...

... but my proof is that last year, I watched Jurassic Park on American Movie Classics.

That officially makes me old.

And I'm only 24.

Yup, December 1st for me...

Good to see another FWDer converted over to the extreme fun & pleasure of AWD. Of course it's only pleasure until you ruin a tranny... 8)
