There is definitely an aging fleet here in Kenya, and though Nairobi is home to some spank Mercedes and even the occasional H2, it is rife with 90s JDM cars. At home I would see a 1st gen Legacy about twice a month. Here it is every few minutes. I stopped to take a picture of a blue wagon and noticed not one, but two more Legacy sedans parked within a ten foot radius!
Who's that in the background? And there was another sedan off camera to the left....

And then… around a corner or three…… a stopped in my tracks and exclaimed, “oh snap”. There she sat, a dream in Aegien Blue Metallic. Complete with JDM fogs and folding mirrors, I could already imagine the Sporty Steering button on the dash. Only an RA badge away from being the ultimate legacy, this one had a WRX hood scoop that reveals and intercooler and driver ambition. I had to leave a note with this one that read

It’s a niche market wonder land here for an old school Subaru enthusiast. I saw two more that were web-worthy but they were rolling and my camera was not.
