That was fun anyways.
I was out driving along today when I spotted a AC Cobra Replicar,he decided to make a little go at it up a local mountain. I had no delusions that I would be able to keep up as my car is mostly stock except for the exhaust. It was still fun. I'd have done slightly better if I could've worked out shifting in to fourth and still filming better.

*drool* I will own one of those some day (I'm fine with a kit car). Where was that filmed? Almost looks like typical PA back country/tree logging road.

""Are you HOLDING ON TO THE CAMERA WHILE DRIVING??????? ""
Heheh, yes,I was,I want to get a camera mount soon sp the next time something fun an unexpected happens i can focus on my driving rther than trying to hold the camera and drivce/shift/etc.

You are quite astute! It was filmed on Huntingdon mountain in central PA. I'd be happy with one too, looks like my Legacy is going to eat up loads of my money and time for the forseeable future though.
""lol You crazy bastard.""
I would have at least been able to keep him in sight!! lol

You should put your city location in your profile. There are tons of us PA guys here on the BBS.

Dude! I've done all kinds of crazy shit while I'm driving, and that would still be a bit scary for me.
I'm not trying to flame you, but please be careful!
I did see you cross the yellow line a couple times. That's an indicator you probably had your hands a little too full.
That Cobra driver did too. He's just an idiot.
Two guys at Toyota had those. Both with 502s if I recall. Loud SOBs.

Chevy 502s in a replicar? Why? 329 CobraJet motor is PLENTY in a go-kart sized car.

WOW you are crazy!! Haha. Let's see, you were filming while racing up a hill.
But then I noticed your dash lights. Your ABS isn't working, you have a Check Engine Light AND to top it all off......you weren't wearing you seat belt.
Tisk tisk...
Hahaha aside from all of that, awesome video!

Well,to be fair I only actually crossed by inches the one time and could see it was clear, the time on the turn further up i just did have my hands full.
I'm usually very carefull about all that and yell about other people crossing the lines. But yeah, this surprised me and I wasn't being as carefull as normal.
Maybe I'll post the other bit,the Cobra driver had a close call going in to that turn,he originally went completely on to the other side of the road.
"Where did you get your A-pillar boost gauge pod? "
No idea where it came from,it was with the car when I bought it.

I wouldn't say crazy, per se, I am a bit too fearless for my own good at times.
Not sure why the check engine light is on,it comes and goes, the car was de-catted so no idea if that makes the check engine light gods unhappy or not? The abs does work, the light is on,but again that comes and goes, usually both are off so
I havent checked in to it yet,was planning to after I spend some money rebuilding the exhaust.
AND I WAS WEARING MY SEATBELT! hehehe I always do,it's got the automatic belts and the light stays on if the passenger side isn't hooked up too.
