Resistor mod and power transfer

Post by Nissan-Subaru »

If I do the resistor unplug thing (had like this for
8k miles so far) do I lose the 50\50 power transfer
when the manual button is pushed in?

Also does the sport sedan have that limited slip
differential?

Resistor mod and power transfer

The plug only controls line pressure; it should`nt affect the 50/50 power split (which, BTW, is the same split whether it`s in the manual or normal mode.) Some turbo cars had the LSD & most did`nt. Someone else will have to give you the correct info to determine which one you have.---ROD (AZ.)

Resistor mod and power transfer

i could be wrong here but from what i can tell from my 1992 subaru
legacy sport sedan it has the lsd. also one note, on the plate on
the drivers side door instead of stating that it's AWD it states it
is 4wd which i have confirmed, not sure if that has much to do with
the lsd though.
