FREE-Wrecked 1991 Turbo Sedan

Post by head2wind »

Located Bellingham WA. its up on a trailer as all the running gear is gone. front damaged in front of the strut towers. firewall back is in good to excellent condition. engine and trans are gone. interior is mostly there and in good condition.

pictures here:
http://picasaweb.google.com/Head2Wind/91Subie#

I want this car to go whole, I will not part it any more. lots of good parts still here so someone local needs to get this.

I can offer to pull it to your location with my truck and trailer for the cost of fuel within 100 mile or so of 98226. we could also transfer it to another trailer if you are coming from farther away.

In 2 weeks if someone doesn't take it i will be taking it to the crusher.

no parts

I know you said no parting out, but, if that chrome strip around the rear bumper is any good, and you can get it off ok, I would buy that from you, and come and get it, or meet you at the Oak Harbor campus when you are there. Also, I am looking for some DOHC heads to go with a EJ20R intake manifold I am getting. Later, John.

you are welcome to come get it. if I have time I will look at getting it off and how much of a PITA it will be.

Looks like the whole rear bumper has to come off then the skin, then its possible to get to that trim...... if it stops raining long enough I will get out there and pull it. otherwise its up to you.

give me a call and we can figure something out.

FYI, the chrome bumper strip should come right out if you can get a screwdriver behind it near one of the ends and pry a little of it out, then you can just pull the thing off going around the car. It's just double-sided taped.

I would take the car but as far as I know all I need is the wing. My wing the paint is chipping off. Will the junkyards take this car without charging you? Or will they take it at all?

I will gladly pay for shipping as long as the paint on the wing is in good condition. I'll even pay you for the wing. I need the mounting hardware for it too. The guy sold me the car without the nuts or whatever. You can pull one side of the wing up off the car with your hand.

That is really a shame you're not closer!

If you are at all interested in pulling the rear drivers tailight assembly, my white 91 SS needs a crack-free one. Let me know if and how much.

I will pull it and put your name on it, I will PM you a price.

I just found out that I need to cut it into pieces to get rid of it. So I will be pulling all the good stuff off and offering it up. I was trying to avoid all the work, however no one has stepped up for the whole thing.
