defining Qs for headlamps

These questions are aimed at our non-North American based mates:

Legacy/Liberty Related:
Are the bulbs for the headlamps of '90 H4 bulbs?

Are the headlamps for the '90 composed of glass or plastic?

Impreza related:
Are the bulbs for the headlamps of a '93 H4 bulbs?

I have a '92 Liberty. The bulbs are H4 and the lenses are indeed
glass.
