So I have coolant leak on the bottom of the motor the begining of were I can see it is on the rack, and on the center diff. I check upper lower rad hoses bi pass hose, coolant temp sensors, heater core hoses and see nothing wet. Its weird cause it is pooling on the tranny cross member and under the tranny pan? Oh by the way its on my 96 l wagon 2.2 Any sugestions?

Were would the heater core leak from, and I checked the heater hoses, and I think renting a pressure tester would be worth my time.

the heater core could leak inside the car, but it sounds like from either of the two big hoses that go in/out of it thru the firewall.
look on the drivers side you'll see them, plus the other one that goes from the upper coolant tube (the one that lays underneath the intake manifold)

Head gasket? I checked for the normal mixing of fluids and they looked good to me? After closer evaluation I have leaky valve cover gaskets so I need to replace those first and clean it up so I actually have chance to find the coolant leak.

Could be the coolant tank also. This happened to the car I just picked up, good thing I have an extra.
Kickin' it old-school.
