Knock Sensor wire

Post by cj91legss »

As we all know, the knock sensor wire is pretty brittle. Well Does anyone think that a non turbo wire work too? i came across the whole wire plug included on both sides (other end ecu plug.)
I was going to go ahead a put it in and see if that would solve my problems but decided to run it by everyone for an opinion first before i possibly "waste my time"

Anyways, i look forward to your opinions.

The knock sensors are the same - same part number between turbo and non. It should work fine.

Although if you are going to the trouble why use a used component? Do it right with some new shielded com cable.
