This is the same one I'm running right now, one of the VERY few TMICs that will bolt onto the Legacy Turbo without modifying the car or the IC (you may have to move the ignitor, that's about it)

With a VF-11 it will be just about bolt-on.
TD-04 is a different story, the outlet is more horizontal, and a bit too long, and you need to make the 90-deg. inlet as well.
I had one on my car for a few years, I cut down the outlet about an inch, used a silicone 90-deg for the inlet. It suits the motor very well, pulls smoother than the stock turbo. I ran about 11psi, car really scooted.
