Anything from Subaru Really (Except for 06+ leggies i believe)

If your not looking at going to Extreme look at the TD04 (WRX)

yea i was thinking of the wrx turbo. how good are they. pretty much i want something that is really good for under 10psi. i have heard of the t bird mod(my friend did it on his mazda 626turbo) and he was very pleased with it. are the wrx turbos just as good or better?

Whatever you get that is not a stock turbo, vf11 will require some rework of the intake system. As long as you're aware of that.

The tdo4's compressor housing is a different size and is not clocked ~45 degrees like the vf11 is, it comes out at a 90 degree angle and points horizontally towards the intake manifold.

You will need to either fabricate up some fancy piping to rout it to the throttle body OR go buy a wrx intercooler and a silicon y-pipe that you can modify to fit up to our cars.

Yep if you spend some time on NASIOC you can find a 06-07 WRX TMIC for under $100 shipped. Most of them I found were not this cheap but somehow I convinced a guy that they were worth $80 shipped and that's how I got mine. The TD04 I got for $140 shipped but it only has 2K miles on it and looks brand new. The stupid silicone piping cost me like $91.50 shipped on ebay for Samco Y pipe, recirculation pipe and the throttle body pipe.

$80 - 06 WRX TMIC
$140 - 06 TD04
$91.50 - Samco TMIC hose kit

$311.50 total

lol, I got a guy down to $40 shipped for his 2006 wrx tmic :D :D

hey race_to_live if you are interested I've actually got a sweet spare y-pipe system and intercooler. Let me know.

Oh, and if you buy a wrx tmic you'll need some kind of blow off valve, oh wait I've actually got a cool flange thingy for that to!!! haha

If you post in the "WTB" section, you would be amazed how many people will respond.
They came to me, that is how I found my TD04, headers, and TMIC.
Many people are just looking to offload it, and just want some spending cash.
