spring questions. any help?

im looking to get some KYB AGX struts, but im not sure what springs to get, and as far as spring rates and all that im completely idiotic. i am looking to drop my car about an inch or 1.5 max, i also am getting lower control arms with an anti lift kit if that makes a difference. ive been reading all over jamal's blanket suspension recommendations thread and i just need some help with the springs. thanks for any help.

04 wrx springs would lower you about an inch.
With the 90, you use the stock topmounts in the rear, and you'll need 04 Impreza upper spring perches and rubber tops for the front.
