Cool, I am of course curious about your Y-pipe and also the BPV routing.
I re-did my Y-pipe again last night, using a cut-up aftermarket silicone Y and 2"ID exhaust steel tubing. I still don't like it, as I would like to incorporate a metal Y section in the middle.
PS - an OEM 05 STi Y-pipe would not work easily with an 06 WRX TMIC, similar issues to the eBay pipe kit as posted in the other thread.

So where did you get the BOV adapter plate? Cheapest I've found it for it $35+shipping and I don't feel like paying that much for a piece of metal with a hole in it.

Instead of putting the URL direct link to the .jpg you put the URL to the page that had the .jpg on it. Just had to delete the ?v=0 off the end of it.
I'll check ebay out. Thanks.

Still not clear on what you used for the y-pipe.
I am running a chopped-up cheap silicone one for now, but I have a Prodrive silicone y-pipe for a FXT coming that might be the ticket after modification. I'll post the results in my thread when I get done with it.

Looks good! Planning an intercooler swap into mine shortly, How noticable is the differance in power/drivability with everything installed?
Also, Is that a rust spot in the back of your engine compartment? (Ninja's your Grill while your looking away)

It has got a lot more low end torque. Then there is a bit of a dead spot, then at about 80-90km/h it picks up again and pulls hard all the way to the cel I always eventually get :p
As for ninjaing my grill, yeah she is a beaut. I cut the cross bits out and had a friend fiberglass the holes, paint it all and put the mesh on it.

Couple of Q's:
1. Did you use the oil lines from the VF11, or would the be a possibility?
2. how did you fab together the 90* intake section for the td04?
3.did you put a Piece of metal pipe in between the 2 90* connectors for the intake section?

i'll answer those, know1 bought a 2.5rs
1, you can use the old ones, but may as well use the new, depending on where you mount your coolant tank you might have to cut the bracket that holds the coolant lines together. it's easy as pie
2. it's just a 2" or 2 1/4" rubber 90 probably from a rad of some type, find one at napa of your choice
3.yes, exhaust tubing
