Will these wheels fit?

I have stock wheels on my '92 Legacy right now, 15x7 with 56mm offset.

Would these wheels fit?

Yep, they'll fit. Offset is a little on the low side though.

mac, those new rims you seen in my pics are the same size wheel except my offset is 43 mm, so you will stick out 1 mm more than i do.

i put 225 45 17 tire on and they will sli8ghtly rub in the back. but it's easy to roll the rear fenders. my fronts dont rub at all.

the thing that would cause any diference would be our suspensions. my car with 125km on it still uses the stock set up for now, and it is pretty soft.

so you are probably a little stiffer so u may not rub.

you can also use a 215 45 17 and may not rub at all.

the offset is perfect and really helps to flush up the wheels with the body of the car!
