best cheap rally/off road lights?

I boonie bash the hell out of my 92 Legacy.....just wondering where to get decent rally/off road lights? I am thinking I will make a bar on the roof, and hang 4 lights off of it....two straight ahead, and two off to the sides, for good peripheral vision.

Thoughts, suggestions?

Hella 500 seem to be popular for a sub-$100 pair of lights. The come in driving and fog (clear or amber).

Cool tip.....got some clear ones ordered from amazon.com and the vendor is selling them for $36 shipped per kit! Amazing deal, if they are even halfway decent....
