The belt and idlers will, the water pump will not.

Thanks, all I need are the idlers, I have oem belt and pump already. $75 for pump and $45 for belt from my local subaru dealer. I buy lots of parts there, so hence the good price.

Before you buy that kit, look for a different one almost exactly the same without the pump. I bought the same kit off ebay a couple months ago without the pump. Why waste money on a pump you won't need?

Looking to replace all my timing belt idlers/tensioner. How are the quality if these kits? My oem belt only has about 15k on it, so that shouldn't be a concern.

Opinions or suggestions please. Thanks!

I thought the bolts that come with the kit were junk but everything else seems fine. No experience with the kit other than installing it. We'll see how it goes after I put some miles on it.

I thought the same thing. The bolts look chintzy, I'll be re-using the stock bolts, but the bearings appear good. http://www.gmb.net/

The do list ISO 9002 on there, which is a good thing, however I don't see their listing right away.

Anyways, it looks like a N.A. company that once again outsources the manufacturing to China, and imports everything through Carson, Calif. This is nothing new,,,, there's about a zillion companies that do the same thing.

thanks for the info guys. looks decent enough for my application (tdo4 tmic etc) so i'll give it a shot, leaving out the bolts and using my oe belt (has about 15k) so i'll post another opinion in 6 months or so :)

that ebay link is slowing slow as piss.. anyways I will add my two cents..

I brought a ebay kit. (timing belt, water pump and all the gaskets and idliers)

anyways I installed all but the cam seals and I've had no issues at all.. the idlers were from GMB and I used the bolts that came from it..

the seller on ebay was domestic gaskets.

dont use the paper water pump gasket get the Subaru OEM gasket.

I bought this one

ebay link

Belt was not OEM but it seemed fine to me, was made in thailand I think. The idlers and all were great to. Just don't use the bolts included in the kit. You can use the one for the tensioner, but not the others.
