Rip Torn, the famous actor who has appeared in numerous movies (Men in Black), and TV shows (30 Rock), has been arrested for DUI in his 1994 Subaru:

I'm quite surprised that he drives that old of a car. Must have been a wagon. Probably NA.

I hope the tree was from Christmas 2008, otherwise that would really look bad.

And he's 77, so maybe he would have poor balance even if he wasn't drunk.
