so i am rebiulding my ej22t block.. and im going to be installing ej20G heads onto it. and there seems to be NO iac or anything on this ej20g intake?? dose the ej20G intake manifold have a iac?? and what is the tork sequence for the dohc's onto my ej22t thanks.
I will a phase 1 dohc intake fit on to ej20G heads? and will all the wiring bolt up?

Yes, the EJ20g intake has the IAC. It's on the other side of the engine from the EJ22T, right smack in the middle of the rear runner.
Check out this thread: http://bbs.legacycentral.org/viewtopic.php?t=38247 . It's still a work in progress, but I've covered some of the details of installing a USDM EJ25D intake manifold. It fits mostly like a stock EJ22t, but there is little room left for the PCV system. It's a good option if your going to do a catch-can setup.
By far, the easiest deal is to get a COMPLETE Ej20G intake manifold with all sensors, fuel rails, idle air pipes and hoses, vaccuum pipes and hoses, water lines,PCV pipes and hoses, throttlebody,etc. etc. If you can get one complete, your project becomes a bolt-on with only two 'custom' things you need to do. The first is to place your original intake manifold harness onto the EJ20G intake. The second is to mount your original coil pack onto the manifold. Plug it all in and --done deal--.
Lots and lots of EJ20G info to be found here, just take a bit of time to sort all through it.

yes i saw and read the hole thing. However, i have got a hole ej20G block including heads etc etc but the intake manifold was hacked up badly so im rebuilding a ej22t and than droping the heads onto it and i want to know what head gasket to use to connect the ej20g to the ej22t..
also im a bit confused on the coolant pipes am i going to beable to run the stock turbo legacy coolant tank..

Coolant tank... your on your own. There is no mounting provisions for one on the EJ25D manifold. The EJ22t one does not fit on the EJ20G manifold. However, custom brackets and coolant lines would allow you to mount it one either one.
If you have a hacked EJ20G manifold, I would head to RS25.com and NASIOC and try to pick up what you need. But that's just me, I have a borderline obsession to have everything look stock. Years of California smog checks will do that to you.
Use head gaskets to match the block. In your case, EJ22T sized gaskets.
