Subaru offers this bushing at about $10 each. I wonder if there is
any aftermarket bushing available. BTW, besides unscrewing the bolt
that holds the bushing, what do I have to pay attention to when I
disassemble it?

I wonder if there is any Urethane bushing available. Subaru sells
this for around $10 each. Also, when removing the bolt to get the
bushing out, what else do I have to pay attention to? Will something
else falls off?
