Help need pistons

I am new here So here it goes
I am building a EJ22T and I cant find pistons with a C/R any lower than 8.5-1 as I had to bore the cyl .020 due to serious detonation groves anyone know of a company that has a piston for the ej22t in a 7.0-1 other than having pistons custom made I have tried Wisco , Je, KB ,Ross,& a whole list of others I was hoping maybe someone here might be able to share there knoledge?
