New CAI pics *FINISHED*

Post by SILINC3R »

Here is just a few pics from when i first started to design my intakes untill now.

Three levels
Cone filter in engine bay
Cone filter in the fender, with crap hose piping stuff
Cone filter with aluminum piping all the way

If you guys can help out with down sides and up side that would be cool. hopefully downsides will be fixable or not to bad.

Looks great! Have you noticed any difference in how the car runs?

thanks for the comments this project has been a year in waiting. the difference is little since i already kind of had a CAI before, however i tested it tonight on the way home and i hit 108 which is the fastest ive been in this car. it feels smoother now though. when i shift gears it doesnt lose the rpms as quickly. also i think it has improved the top end becuase when i did my run i could just feel it keep sucking in air. so i am very happy with. now i just need to get the injectors cleaned and i think it will be even better
