Why I want a Subaru.

The Gvr4 came with the 6bolt motor which crank walk is pretty much irrelevant in, which is why I also swapped a 6bolt into the Talon instead of the 7bolt. Allthough crankwalk is alot less common then people think its only happened for about 5% of the cars.DerFahrer wrote:Perhaps they don't have clay in the PNW?
I've told the story a few times, but I almost had a GVR4 for my first car. 1991; number 1803/2000. Engine tried to stall when the clutch was disengaged; I was a dumb 16-year-old and thought it needed a clutch. Ended up not getting it, and got my Legacy instead. Later learned about DSM crank walk, so it's a good thing I didn't get the GVR4.
Yet, I still want one.
I love the 9-5 too. Auto or 5spd? The B235 is based on the old Saab 900 design from what I understand. That's the ONLY engine in Saab's lineup that's still a Saab design. Everything else is purely GM.
Did you buy the car new? Have you had a problem with sludge?
How does that car handle? I know it's essentially a Vectra, which is supposed to be one of the worst-handling cars of all time.
Welcome, by the way
