It takes a special breed to tint auxiliary forward lighting.

is it a tint or a rock-chip protective film?

If its a tint, I've lost all hope for humanity...

The only reasonable explanation I could think of was the stuff you paint on reflective surfaces to absorb radar. But that would mean you're trying to avoid speeding tickets in your lifted off-roader. It was prolly just the tint-in-a-spraycan.

There's still hope...We're not all stealthy-lifted-truck-driving Oregonians.

Nice piece of muckraking journalism. But, did you have to mention that they were Oregonians. They have feelings too, you know. Even though they are all wanna be Washingtonians.

I do what I can. I should submit my resume to the P-I. :-D
But I have to say, I think you have it backward. The majority of Washingtonians, the ones that matter, at least, aspire to Portland standards.

pfft, you all wanna be Californians ;)

actually we were having a discussion in my college english class and somehow it got onto the subject of bumper stickers that read "dont californicate oregon" and "dont californicate colorado"

I thought they were funny.

There are people like to black out their tailights to, its all about looks for some people, who cares if you get rear-ended cuz no one could see your brake lights at night... haha

I've never seen smoked headlights. They might as well do a 0.5%VLT tint on the windshield while they're at it.

A while ago "go back to cali" stickers were popular here. +1 for form following function on blacked out lights.
