1995 subaru legacy electrical issue

Hey guys,
I'm having a issue with my legacy and was hoping someone might be able to give me a hint where to start.

The car was running fine since I got it, last night I parked in my garage, in the morning tried to start the car, and it just keeps turning over, without igniting.

So far i've checked, the battery which is fine and holding charge, the engine is turning so I beleive the starter works fine. Checked the fuel pump and line, disconnecting the pump from the engine, it would pump fuel when trying to start the car.
I checked the coil, disconnecting it and using a multimeter, one lead grounded to the chassy, the other checking each of the three wires individually, i think its blue red and yellow none of them jumped in voltage when trying to start the car.

So my guess is its a fault somewhere between the ignition from the key and the power getting to the coil.
Any chance anyone knows of possible places to check? and does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 1995 liberty heritage?

Also the car has an immoboliser, although the engine is turning over, im not sure if an immoboliser would stop the starter motor, or just the coil?

Have you checked your timing belt? Might have jumped a tooth. It's happened to me before.

eep!
When I bought the car it had a blown head gasket so I had replaced the gasket, machined heads etc and had redone timing from scratch, the belts brand new, i'd be suprised if thats what happened but i'll check it out.

I still think its something to do with the spark nd power getting to the coil. i'll pull out one of the leads and do a spark check with another spark plug

EDIT: yep its not sparking at all : ( So i think it would be best to get it sparking first, before redoing timing?

I checked tiing but it seems fine, hasnt jumped, all timing marks match up.
anyone else have any ideas?

Have you tried pulling codes? Is a '95 still OBD I?
93 legacy wagon L, 22T swapped (TW imitator) now with five forward speeds. (Gone, but never forgotten)

thanks BSOD,
I tried reading the error codes, but when connecting the black cable, and turning ignition to the on position, i just get a constant flash, not a "morse code" style like in the guide, i'll upload a youtube video once youtube maintainence is finished.
I tried changing the ignitor, and the coil with another coil, and still had no spark, i'm not sure if there compatible, it was a coil and ignitor from a 91 subaru, the ignitor was larger then my current one, and the 91 coil is a cm12-100 and the coil in my 95 is a f-569.
also, in the ON position on the ignition, with a multimeter it displays theres power going to the coil, although when starting the car there is no spark.

update:
I removed the ECU from the car, starting the car without a ECU there is no spark (as you would expect) and with the diagnostic cable connected the engine light still blinks exactly as described previously when the ECU was installed, with no ECU engine still tries to crank just as when ECU was installed, which makes me think the ECU could be damaged/not reciving power.

Its a A64-000 DG5, anyone know what pins to check for power and ground to the ECU?
I have a 1995 manual but it has the more updated DBII computer, so the pinout is way different : (
any suggestions would be great!

Also does anyone know where abouts the main relays located on a 1995 legacy? Is it passanger side under the plastics?

An 064 sounds like a trans computer to me.
