Legacy777's scans should idiot proof any efforts to change the diff fluids, so that'll be a no-brainer.
However, my personal choice for differential fluid is Amsoil 75w90 full synth. I use it in both diffs and have done so, religiously, for the last 7 years. It's pricey, but it's virtually indestructible (shear resistance, thermal breakdown resistance, etc).

you see, i accidentaly put less than a 1/2 qt. of atf in the front diff. i need to change it real soon. althought it's been acting very normal. i just needed to find how much it needed before i buy more gear oil.
