Yes, those damn turbo intake elbows break about as often as the turbo-specific coolant burp tanks.
When mine broke I tried silicone and a mechanic tried epoxy. Black Shoe Goo saturated into fiberglass cloth works perfectly. Clean it with nasty solvent such as MEK, Toluene or anything "huffable" Boil it in soapy water. Clean, clean, clean. First glue on your broken or new hose and let sit overnight. put on a fresh layer of goo and press fiberglass cloth into it. A table knife without serrations is the perfect tool. I prefer stolen sterling silver. Smear more goo over the top. Press it in to get a good lamination. Smooth with a wet finger. Let sit overnight again. Apply a fresh coat of goo to smooth out the ugly lumps. Let stand overnight. Spray with satin black paint so the repair won't be shinier than the stock unit. If you must be a pretty boy, wrap the whole damn thing with some fancy bicycle handlebar tape.
