Some cars will not adjust well to the increase in injector size. I would make sure that the injectors are actually 440s

I would also disconnect the battery to try and get the ECU to re-learn what you are trying to do.

Also a list of the mods would help.

If they are US yellow tops they are 550 cc/min and are too big for stock EM.

And if they're older JDM Yellows they are likely 480cc- like mine. The car ran w/the 480's, but not well, until I got the Revtronix chip.

If you put the stock injectors back in, ensure the rest of your setup is compatible w/them...U don't want to run lean !!!

I have a build journal started, im runnin TDO4 turbo, newer yellow tops (05') , bored 20 over, short ram intake,WRX IC, up-pipe, down pipe, 2.5 intake mani, 2.5 heads, STOCK ECU im gonna go with the PP6, i was wondering if there was an alternate temporary fix til i got the PP6 , was considering putting the stockers back in. Or if the injectors would cause the "flooding" under boost?? My thought was even though the injectors are bigger the ECU would tell them how much fuel to spray, so in theory they would not be at their full potential til i got EM. Guess i was wrong.
