1996 Legacy Trailer Wiring?

I've got a 1996 Subaru Legacy Brighton Wagon and I can't for the life of me find the trailer wiring connector... I've got the Haynes repair manual and the wiring diagram indicates that the 96/97 Legacy's are fitted with trailer wiring provisions but I can't find them anywhere! If someone could tell me where the are, or take a photo of where they are that'd be great!

If my car for some reason doesn't have a connecter I'll just have to splice into the car tail-light wiring, anybody here done this before? Thanks,

AFAIK, only the Outback has the plug. But, if you want to just double check, take the panels apart on either side behind the tail lights and look for an unused plug. That would be what you're looking for.
