Looking under my driver's seat, and seeing a wiring harness, I got to
wondering, did the Legacies ever have the seat available as a power
option? Curiously,

You might find it to be for seat heating. It was avalible in
European Countries. (which I don't know)

Japanese domestic market BF5 had power seats. Good for tiny little adjustments but a bit overated.
