Subaru E12 Vacum lines

Post by sigkrist »

Just got my self að new project. Subaru E12 Columbus 1991 (big name for a small car. Im having trouble with vacum lines i think. I get the engine to run just fine, but as soon as put the airfilter in (new filter) the rev goes way down and engine runs really realy rugh. Im guessing its some kind of vacum line problems. I need to get scematic of vacum lines o make sure all is plug in right places.
This Sub has had a rough years as a company car , and i think its time to do him some good i reall think he deserve it..
any one who an help me out here.

The E12/Libero/Domingo/Sumo is a small Subaru van that looks remarkably similar to the old Toyota YR van:

I'm afraid you're not going to find any info about it on this site though, Siggi. This site is specifically geared toward first-gen Legacies, and since most of us are from the USA, it's unlikely that any of us have even seen an E12 in person.

However, since it uses the EF family of engines, like our Justy did, you might have some luck over on the USMB.

My columbus is just like the red one.. thx for the tip guys ill check it out.. The E10-E12 and E12 deluxe, is much like the Justy, same axels, bearings and most of things, but its main drive is in the rear (must follow the position of engine) and a button to go to 4wd. these are great small vans and just fantastic in heavy snow.. my Domingo was much better in snow than my Legasy was.. had to go many times to help my wife when she was stuck in snow on the Legasy.. And when may nextdor neighbor had to leave his Toy Rav. stuck in snow, i offer him a lift on the Domingo.. so its just great cars if not hevy site wind..
