Possible Legacy Sighting on Depeche Mode's new music video?

Check it out, was just watching this video since I love the song (and that black crown victoria is so awesome) But check it out, I think there is a first gen legacy wagon in the video. it comes in at 1:54-1:57

Looks just like a legacy doesn't it? especially with the side lights on the rear fender and the way the light is sort of catching the contour of the doors near the bottom. I think it actually is a first gen legacy, but tell me your thoughts.

It IS a legacy! it comes in again at 2:24-2:27 and once more at 2:30-2:38. Also comes in at the original time I listed too. I downloaded it in HD 720p just to make sure
