Looks like Ken Block will be on Top gear on July 5th, 2009. Should be pretty cool. I love top gear.

Looks like it airs every sunday on the BBC in europe...but I believe it should also be on this web site hopefully on the same day that each espisode airs. This is where I watch all my top gear, it's an awesome site.
They have every episode of top gear ever and you can watch them all for free and most of them are really good quality for streaming video.

I went on their site and didn't see any indication of him no being on the show.
On this week's Top Gear, the presenters fight back against the global financial crisis, James May meets a man who can do very surprising things with a Subaru and Jeremy drives an utterly mental Mercedes.
In an attempt to find a glimmer of hope in the barren wastelands of the recession, Jeremy, Richard and James set out to find three small budget cars that won't make you completely miserable. What could have been a series of worthy buying tips quickly descends into a road-based assault on central London that very nearly gets them all arrested.
James meets American stunt driving hero Ken Block and discovers that it's possible to make a Subaru Impreza soar like an eagle. All you need is incredible skill, huge amounts of courage and a really massive ramp.
Meanwhile, Jeremy will be clinging on for dear life as he attacks the track in the monstrous 661bhp Mercedes SL Black.
Back in the studio, our star in a reasonably priced car is well-spoken comedy sensation Michael McIntyre.

Nevermind I missunderstood. Thought you were talking about ken block not being on the show anymore but now I realize you meant that the site I provided is no longer in existance.
God damnit!
I just watched an episode this morning at about 5:30am on that site. And now it's dead. The only site I knew of that you could go and watch any episode of top gear whenever you pleased including the new episodes the day they aired.
What a bunch of BS. I'll find another way.
Due to a request from the BBC, the website will be taken down.
I had been told in the past through unofficial channels that as long as I didn't offer direct downloads, they would leave me alone, but that is apparently no longer the case.
It has been a wild ride, and you never know, if I find a less cooperative host in the future, I may start the site back up, but in the meantime, if I find another site like this, I will post up a link here, so keep checking back.
In the meantime, you can still get all of your Top Gear episodes fairly easily using a combination of Finalgear.com and a free account at btaccel.com.
Not as convenient as just going to the site and watching the video, but at least it doesn't involve uploading for hours, and your ISP is none the wiser
To the BBC:
This site was on track for 7.5 million hits this month. You have a HUGE number of dedicated fans all over the world that are trying desperatedly to get at some Top Gear. I get tons of emails on a daily basis asking where to buy Top Gear on DVD, so even if you don't offer a free solution like the iPlayer or offering episodes on Hulu, your fans will jump at the opportunity to get Top Gear in an official maner.

Go to http://www.finalgear.com/ They have Top Gear UK, Top Gear Australia, and Fifth Gear episodes guides with torrent links on mininova. Mininova has the episodes open on their copyright check so it is clean to download and watch.

Top Gear is back up on the hessmo.com site! For some reason I keep checking back on that site to see if by some miracle the guy puts it back up and he did!
Who knows how long it'll be active again so get your top gear while you can!

I know that I always use the Finalgear.com or Mininova ones when I have to get my Top Gear fix. Also, in that episode, Clarkson said that Block would be on their track or something? Did I hear that correctly, or is he just there for some promotional stuff?
