WTB or WTT: CES Test pipe for CES high flow CAT

I have the test pipe and want to quiet down the exhaust and try and get the car inspected also. Does anyone have a CAT and want to trade me plus some cash for the test pipe?

I'd be interested in your test pipe, but don't want to get rid of my cat..... sorry.

I've seen some cheapo 3" high flow cats on ebay for like 50 dollars. I think I'll pick one up and see if I can fab something up. If I can find something to work I will let you know and I'd be happy to sell you the test pipe.
