T/B Spacers for JDM intake/USDM throttle body combo

Post by kimokalihi »

I found out that the TPS on my 97 JDM forester motor is not compatible with the 91SS EJ22T harness and I will need to use the throttle body from my EJ22T intake on the EJ20G intake. Only problem is the throttle is on the wrong side so I have to install the throttle body on upside down and the TPS doesn't clear the intake like that. So I will have to make a spacer for it.

I picked up a 12"x12"x1/4" sheet of aluminum and a 2.5" hole saw and arbour and it was quite costly. But I have enough to make several (9-12) of the spacers so I figured maybe I could sell a few and make up some of the costs and save other people money who don't have the hole saw and arbor and don't feel like buying the aluminum or fabbing it up.

$13.42 Aluminum 12"x12"x1/4"
$15.95 Hole Saw Arbor
$12.95 Hole Saw 2.5"
---------------------------------------
$45.92 After tax

I was thinking maybe like $12 shipped or something. Gotta see how much shipping will be to determine the final price. Just thought I'd ask on here if anyone was interested in it.

TPS doesn't clear the intake.
