will wheels from a 2001 oputback fit a 1991 n/a

The rims from Legacys, Outbacks, Foresters, as well as Imprezas (newer STI's are different) all have 5 x 100 bolt spacing. You can use the rims.
An Outback tire, however, is bigger than the Legacy (Generally speaking). The tire will touch the lower spring seat on the struts.

Thanks. I knew about the bolt pattern, I just didn't think the tires would fit.
