The HVAC blower works intermittently, driving over bumps will sometimes cause it to turn on/off. Going around corners causes the fan speed to change. If I turn the car off while the blower is working, it works when I start back up. If its not working when I turn the car off, it wont work when started up again.
I should probably check the voltages on the motor itself, but I am kinda lazy right now. Ideas?

Check the motor.
Also the HVAC control unit is known for bad solder joints. This may also be a cause of your problem.

Taking mine apart and cleaning it fixed mine, but mine was never really intermittent.
